Changing your day off with only 24 hours notice

So I was wondering how much notice dose management have to give you before they make a schedule change?

I can tell you that at my store the schedule is posted every Friday by noon, now I have worked for Kroger for 10 years, full time 40 hours a week and never had this problem until I transferred to the store I'm at now in Ft. Worth so liked I stated above can they change your schedule like this because its seems to be happening a lot lately.

Are you local 1000 or 540? Typically it has to be agreed upon by you and the company.

Any schedule changes can be made at anytime up until Saturday at noon. After which time they are required to get your changes on a voluntary basis.

If they change it anytime before noon on Saturday, it is fair game. Any other time of the week, even if it is 4 days down the line, they must first confer with you before changing their sked, seeing if you are willing to change your day off. Anyway, hello fellow D10 people, get ready for the Breetz walks tomorrow.
