Well after several weeks being on a real nice hiatus, I am having my meeting with Kroger and the Union to resolve my suspension and the actions that caused it. Wish me luck and stay posted for what happens....

No matter how much they try to berate you, stay cool, calm, and collected. Also, record everything that's said. If they ask if you have any recording devices on you, lie.
Sorry but I cant discuss in detail what happened on here. Needless to say, the first one to the manager to bitch and trump up things wins. As of now, nothing has been settled.

yea she is still working. I think you are missing the major point. she went first to bitch and trumped up what really happened. so when I explain my version the correct version Kroger HR doesn't know who to believe so they lean to her the ****ing lying **** as bitch

Wouldn't matter either way. Polygraphs are inadmissable in court, and there's no way a private sector company would go for this tactic anyway. Polygraphs are for criminal law, not civil, which is what this is.
Me? I'd at least talk to a lawyer. Check your options.
This is typical procedure- they finally have ur first meeting to get the facts that they already know. Then HR acts like they are going to seriously and impartially investigate this matter further. Then in another month or so they will give u the bad news that so sorry Dude but we gonna hafta let u go. In the meantime you coulda already gotten a better job somewhere else and been getting a paycheck while establishing urself as a good and better behaving employee. Quit dreaming and move on!
This happened to me too a few years back, I was suspended for six months, because a black female co-worker claimed that I called her a "N" and I'm a white guy. Don't give up hope! I got my job back, but sometimes I feel like I should have found another job.
Kroger has security cameras in that area, right? Make them pull up the footage. If they won't do it, tell them "Then, I want my job back because there is nothing to back up her story."
