So I'm in the 2010-2013 contract of union local 876. Does anyone know what the top out salary of a night stock clerk is? I was able to start at a higher rate because of past experience and after being at Kroger for about-ish 2 years I think I have topped out. I went on my personal profile in the Human resources page and it just has the date of my "next discussion date". Showing nothing of a dollar amount of a raise.

Depends on which store you work at,  when you were hired and what deal the store manager made with HR to get you hired.

"next discussion date"  might mean the next time a contract is bargained again.

876-1 Hired from 6/04/04 to 6/18/10            72 months- $14.75

           Hired after 6/18/10                              60 months-  Frozen at $11.00 until hired full time, then $12.50

876-2 (277,600,635,795) 

I thought I read that they were trying to combine 876-1 & 876-2 to make same payrates.  Might just be for people transferring from one area to another.

These are wild guesses based on the last contract(gray book by adding 50 cents raise).  See your union rep for accurate rates.
