I was just hired at Kroger's to work in the bistro (originally they said they were going to put me in the Starbuck's but then they changed their mind so I'm already pissed). What benefits do you get from the union working part time? Right now all it seems to do is pull my wage down to taking home less than minimum wage because of the mandatory dues. Also do i have to pay for my own uniform?
