Another failed program, great job kroger execs!

No one sees or cares about the 50 banners we have in the store. Our store is cluttered enough without those huge things in the way. Customers think the t-shirts are a joke and no one reads them. As if the customers have to be told by a t-shirt to ask us a question. The prices are nothing special while the quality keeps getting worse. Great job!

At least they pay us the big bucks.

The crazy thing is...when you see people wearing the t-shirt, who you know have no intention of helping anyone but themselves or even trying...Even more is when the customers KNOW these people weren't helpful before. It's not good. Unless THEY see a change, the shirts will look like a joke to them, no matter what message the shirts are trying to send. Words on a shirt are one thing, but unless the customers see real CUSTOMER SERVICE in action, WHICH IS ATTAINABLE, it will all be meaningless...It may be cliched, but talk is still cheap! I'm just sayin'...

This new program annoys the hell out of me, and I don't even work there anymore! Those damn signs block the view and the aisles, looks stupid. The prices indeed aren't anything special and the service seems to suck more and more each time I go. Not to mention that there isn't any consistency between stores, which is what Key Retailing was supposed to accomplish. My local store has decent produce but a sucky meat dept. The one up the road with the great meat dept has a sucky produce dept. And the funny thing is, I've just gone back to a Sam's Club membership and I find better products, better prices, more help, more friendly help, and an overall better experience. Who'da thunk it? If there could be a competitor that came in locally that offered good prices, good quality and great service with a no gimmicks approach, I'd switch from Kroger in a heartbeat.
