front end using fred's grocery bags

well the co manager forgot to order bags so he authorized someone to get bags from the freds store next to us. isn't that against kroger policy?

I would think so.  Our store has run out of bags a few times, but we always go get some bags from another Kroger store.  But never a different store altogether...

The only times our Kroger has run out of bags, we've just used paper for the rest of the day.
