If you're in management, contact your Division's Network IT Administrator and they can give you the network info.  From what I understand, only Blackberry phones are allowed be setup for direct access the Enterprise email accounts...though I'm sure it's possible on other phones (iOS, Android, Windows Phone), but that's reserved for Division and District Coordinators.

If you're an associate, forget it...it's restricted access unless you're on special assignment and have special authorization from Division President or District Manager...

I posted another topic on this already. What was found is pretty much what the previous poster said. It's not only a matter of getting the correct configurations from corporate IT, you have to be high enough in management to be given permissions in the system to do it in the first place. It's the same with accessing your citrix account from a phone.

From what I understand, no. If you have a company Blackberry then you can. Company emails cannot go to personal phones. I have the email policies in my To Keep folder in my inbox. I'll look at it tomorrow, but I think you can only check it at work.

Personally, I'm OK with it. When I clock out, I'm done with work. I've been chained to work email on my phone before and it drove me up the wall. I always checked it, and took care of issues on my own time. No more of that crap!

That may be true for your division (though I think it's universal across all divisions) but I know here you can definitely have it sent to your personal phone if you are an employee who has been authorized to be given a work cell. The company cell can be a blackberry, android, or iphone. Or, if you have a smart phone you want to use instead, you can choose to have everything done with your personal phone and they give you a monthly stipend instead to cover any miscellaneous fees and data charges. I know this for a fact.

Directly through an email client, for people like us who don't have work cells, you are correct. There is a way to check it through a web page, both on a desktop and on a cell. I have outlook set to notify my personal cell if I get an email, and if it's the occasional important email, I can read/reply/forward/etc from home.
