They say that its "better" I spent more time fixing it then if I plugged the office, uscan and fes shifts. I was told that uscan shifts are 12am to 830am 8 to 430 4 to 1230. Ok who is going to run the 830 lunch for uscan? The office person left at 730. Only person is the accounting clerk. If i sen a cashier to run it who going to run a register? I get 10 hours a day for fes but it only schedules 8. It does good with the cashier and baggers. Idk I get so stressed and my 15 min score is in the 60 to 70s. It is suppose to be 90 to 100.

We haven't started eschedule yet but from what I have read, it will be the best roller coaster ride I have had in years.
It's only as good as the person "writing" (yes that's what they call it) the schedule is. it takes some time to learn, (it helps alot to be good with computers) but if the person that writes the schedules now sucks; it will be a disaster.
I write the schedule. I am good with computers. However 1 day of training will not cut it. Yes I did ask for help and got it. however i kept getting pulled to the front. I had to try to write it in 3 hours when it takes 6 to write it. The 15 min score tells upper management how " customer first" The schedule is the lower the number the Less efficient it is the higher the number the more effective it is
