Friends, hello from Kroger 578 in Wylie, TX. It looks like they have struck again, low wages, **** management, and every excuse under the sun but the truth. Good folks here are leaving like the plague showed up and the bosse's do not care. It's attrition, according to the G.M. Is it time to strike or just burn your mama down? Your imput would be nice. Love to those you care about and stay strong.. Peace.
If you're so upset how kroger is your free to leave. You are no slave and by right you can walk out the door at your will. Good luck at walmart they'll treat you real good.
Oh yea I feel really bad, those pesky managers should be irate and freak out every time they lose an associate. The fact that they are too busy to worry about associates leaving means they should in fact be fired because that's in the forefront of Kroger's policy, retain associates at any cost the bottom line is nothing. They have a job to do they dont control wages or rules. The rules come from the agreed upon terms with unions.. They do what they are told us should you if you value your job. That's the difference between managers and asociates.. They so there job, you complain about the job you are told to do. Managers frequently put in 60 hours a week without overtime pay. Get over your squabbles and do your job or find one that gives you a billion dollar salary for literally nothing.. Good luck with the latter.
