I need help...I had put in my two week notice and have now been off the job for about a week now. Does anyone know when they do the payout for your vacation time and sick pay? As I was never informed.
Did you fill out the paperwork for payroll? If not, give em' a call. You should have taken care of this before actually leaving the job. I can't believe the stupidity of some people.
You have to request the vacation time in the time clock corrections book. Also, you have to request the PH days that are left over. Not sure what Kroger policy is about PH days and quitting. If you were on good terms with your store manager, they might allow you to have them.
Actually, I still have 5 ph days left to use up before Dec 10th. Not sure where I am going to use them. I think I lost 1 ph day last year because I didn't use it. I love Kroger and hate missing all the fun!
Part time employee working 40+ hours week easily. I think I get 5 ph days at 4 hours each for the year.
