My understanding was that we have 2 week scheduling online so if you got fridays off you had a heads up on what you were working... Not second guessing it and when your schedule goes up online sat at 12 still makes you have to go in and check your schedule fri to see what you have open for sat... With a 2 week schedule just makes it simpler for everyone....
it's only week-by-week. it'll show two weeks when you're in the current week and next week's schedule has been posted online. otherwise it shows just the week you're in.
unfortunately if you need a change but you're off Friday, you're out of luck. you need to call or go get it. by noon Sat it's set. it's not always posted online at noon Sat in my experience. Sometimes it's only there late in the day so if you're scheduled to come in midnight Sunday morning you don't have a lot of time to prepare.
