Question to throw out to anyone that wants to listen. Should a lead have the right to have Saturdays off because a mgr is favoring them, over a more senior person who is also a lead?? Sounds like big time issues brewing here.
I would say there might be a problem with the favoritism, but you'd be hard pressed to prove it. If we're talking about 2 leads, they're probably in different depts so their depts' labor situations will differ enough that favoritism would be difficult at best to show.
