like the last poster said..if y. If you limit your availability to the hours you want, they will only be able to schedule you within those hours. Just make it that you are only available during the hours that you previously had under a set schedule.

Who told you this? If you have been there 13 years you can easily have senotiry over people. Contact your union rep.
