So many typos, my head is exploding.
At should be capitalized, so should Kroger as it's a place. I should be capitalized, always. belive should be believe. Altough should be although. Again, another I not capitalized. The next bit doesn't make sense, perhaps it should be: Luckily, I'm one of them. I should also be capitalized again. Iv should be I've. Then should be than. Im should be I'm. Suervisor should be supervisor. Ppl should be people. Again, I should be capitalized. Dont should be don't and wanna isn't a word, it should be want to. Again, I should be capitalized. Ppl should be people. Also, you need a period at the end and the entire "paragraph" is a run on sentence. I'm surprised you're a supervisor, if you have to write anything at all.
You pretty much have to suck up to get anywhere at Kroger. I wasn't willing to kiss butt, so I was stuck at minimum wage. I left as they were killing me, quite literally with the work they were giving me and the scheduling. I miss a few of the people, not the work or hours.

I have a feeling that because you're a supervisor you're taking those shifts and no one else wants to do them so.... nothing wrong here moving along.

I've been a cashier with Kroger for two years.  I've been offered other positions and I am staying a cashier.  No amount of money could make me want to do anything more at Kroger or learn anything more.  I do two peoples jobs most days as a cashier and that's enough for me!!  The raise isn't nearly enough for the work I would have to do.

I get a 20 cent raise every 6 months!  Of course I have to pay around $400 a year union dues to get it.
