If they got your paperwork signed up for you and you signed te documents stating that you have been fired, then yes you are outta there. It may take some

What exactly did they say over the phone?

Saying to you, "Don't bother coming in anymore", is not being fired. It is tricking you into no call no shows.

How could you get fired as a utility clerk? That is the easiest and most passive job in the entire building...Pay sux tho.

I had o call no shows I had 1 more then after that suspension I got sick on a Sunday and Monday I was suppose to work I wanted to call but I was sick and just slept shouldn't have but my health is more important tbh than a 7.50 a hour job that has me doing more than almost anyone in there so I called Tuesday to tell them I was sick I told one of the costumer service representatives and told them I didn't come in yesterday she said nothing told the hiring manager and she said I don't have to come in anymore the next day I was suppose to work I went to punch in and it said ring restricted See manager I never signed any papers regarding termination

Don't threaten them. That's the LAST thing you want to do unless necessary. Get proof of your absences and present it to store management. Being as your utility they can and will mess with you because you are " low man" and if "low men" stand up to them then they are threatened with termination. But if it's possible, get proof. Sounds to me like someone dislikes you in management position and wants you gone. Hope everything turns out for the best

...What kind of utility clerks do you have at your store? At ours, they do the cleaning jobs of every department and are basically everyone's female dog. I could see how it could be VERY easy to get fired with that job.
