My birthdate is wrong
Permalink

My birthdate is still listed as being wrong in the Express HR page. this usually isn't a problem, but my username was wrong for the healthcare enrollment. Also, every March they forget my birthday but then I end up getting cards and things in the mail in May. It's weird.

I told the HR person this a long time ago and she forgot, I told the old store manager and she never looked into it. Who do I need to tell about this? Is it something I can do online or do I have to tell the new store manager about it?

Someone with access to expresshr2 will have to do it for you.

I have a tech whose DOB is wrong in our system. I asked our ARM what all she needed to do to get it changed to the right date. She said she had to bring in a birth certificate or something along those lines to show documentation that her birth date is what she's saying it is, then she has to fax that to....Kansas?? I think she said. I don't know. I told her that she needed to talk to the ARM, and now it's no longer my problem. You and I are in the same division so imagine that whole mess of hoops is what you will have to jump through also.

But then again, our ARM isn't the best at her job and I internally question most of what she says.

You would have to talk to the corporate human resources team. Which is in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I have to show a copy of my birth certificate for something that theoretically should be done in 30 seconds?

Ugh.

Well I better do this before March. lol.

There is some other entity that takes care of changing that data, which is not in Cincinnati. 4hourrush and I are both in the Cincy/Dayton division.

Also, are you or are you not multiple people using the same account? Sometimes you post logical thoughts, but then there are those other times they're quite erratic and the grammar sucks.
