In the columbus division you have to work an average of 36 hours for 16 weeks to become full time. My question is that does that include overtime and being called in. My coworker wants to know.
Should be. Worked hours are worked hours. Be certain about that 'average of 36'... I was baited with that one, then was later told it had to be 40+ for 12 consecutive weeks after I missed a week.
