It turned out that this was another Kroger dummy. They had the moderators and admins submit IP addresses and compared them with IP's used to log in to Kroger's secured sites from home.
Then they asked the ISP's to provide details about the IP addresses and compared names they received with employee records.
Those who were picked up by the sweep were terminated from their jobs.
Why is it that I can post right now? It's because I've lost my job.

Per Kroger Legal, the only people fired as part of this sweep were in violation of Kroger Corporate Policy, or were part of a minority the company has too many of.
I'm on a dial-up connection. So my IP address changes every time I connect to the internet. I also make sure I erase all traces of my visits to Kroger sites before posting somthing defamatory about Kroger or someone from Kroger. I also don't put any personal information about myself, such as my name, on the internet and I never give out my e-mail address to Kroger anyone connected with Kroger.
On the rare cases I post from home, being as I have a modem (for wifi too) I just disconnect my computer from the interwebz, wait about 30 sec to 1 min, then reconnect. Also deleting your cookies and browsing files help too.
