on kroger.com I went to the bottom to "careers" then the options are "apply for store jobs" or "join our talent network"

 

Store Jobs 

Click Here for jobs at Kroger in Texas or Louisiana.
Click Here for jobs at our convenience stores of Kwik Shop, Loaf N Jug, Quik Stop, Tom Thumb or Turkey Hill.
Click Here for all other Kroger and our family of companies jobs.
under careers there are the same 3 options plus this one:  Click Here for corporate jobs at our Cincinnati or regional corporate offices (eg: Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, etc.)
2 questions:  where is a regular store position job application? Wouldn't it be under "careers"?  maybe they know this isn't a real career.  Also what the **** are these:  Kwik Shop, Loaf N Jug, Quik Stop, Tom Thumb or Turkey Hill.
Loaf 'n jug?  wtf?

You're right. It's not under careers.

 

 

It's under "Hourly Jobs".

Don't do it. All of Kroger's stores are crappy places to work. I hope they go out of business

Only apply if you're looking for some quick cash or don't have other options. I can't stress this enough.

There are easy ways to apply for a position within a store. One of them is the "Hourly Jobs" solution above, the other would be to go to the employment kiosk at the store in question.

As for the other persons posting to this thread, Anonymous and FU11307, your IP information has been logged and the Kroger Legal team will be in touch regarding the slanderous accusations in this thread.
