There could be threads many pages back with new posts but we wouldn't know because they aren't bumped to the front...wth?
On the page that lists the topics, scroll down to the end of the list. Click on the drop down box that says, "Sorted by" and select "Last modified".

It's not wise to give feedback on something that you have not completely combed over.
It's like returning your iPod device because you can't connect to your WiFi when it turns out that you never bothered to even check the settings and turn it on.
