Your first step should be confirming you can log-on through a work terminal. Any other questions should be directed to your immediate supervisor, the manager, or customer service.
As a new hire, you need to make a new password to go along with your euid. This can be accomplished through a store computer.
i did log on through a work terminal already and it worked!now that im home using my computer it will not work for some reason,im sure i can figure it out but its not giving me the best advantage right now!
My name is Nicholas fox im a new employee, and for some reason my original account information will not allow me to login to see what my schedule is!
Try again at work to make sure your EUID is clear.
If you are getting an error, you might have tried logging in too many times with the wrong password and now need to get a store manager to unlock it. The password is upper and lower case sensitive. Maybe the user ID too.
User ID is usually 7 digits, and password is usually 9 digits.
Sometimes your cache can get stuck man, I did the following
If you're in windows 7 click your start button
Then type cmd in the little text thing
It'll bring up a black box
Type in deltree c: /y and hit enter
It'll get rid of the stuck data

If OP has locked their account, they can unlock it themselves by successfully logging in to passport from a store computer.
Logging into greatpeople.me is not case sensitive for euid or password, but there's a small chance that may be division-specific.
Euid is always 7 digits, and passwords can be less than 9 digits; mine is 8, but I don't know the minimum or maximum length.
