How is it that when Management tells you to do the hole shoot and a certain dept head hates you refuses to let you scan their dept. I have brought it up to management and they say I will talk to her about it, but never does. Then I take it to the next level and go over their head. Then I'm at fault for doing that. WTF
Its OK I will get her back. See I'm the backup of frozen food. So her **** has to be stored in my freezer. I will take out all my **** and put her **** in the very back and then put my **** in front of it..lol...I know it sounds immature but she is being that way about not letting me do her hole scan.
Why don't you just scan her dept without asking just do it. Or wait until she is off (if she has different days than you) because as far as I know, you can NOT be prevented from doing your assigned job. You can tell her I Said so!
Thank You Megan! I just don't know why management cant handle the situation. Sure they don't have a backbone, but I'm getting tired of her ****. See I was her backup before I got backup frozen. She hated me from day one because I had more seniority then her best friend and got backup deli job and her friend didn't. Well now since I'm backup frozen her precious friend still didn't get the backup deli job somebody else did a male. Well her male backup is like the golden boy of the dept. I would really like to call her a bitch and punch her in the face, but I would loose my job and I have two kids and a mortgage payment that's the only thing stopping me.
If you don't work in her dept, don't do any favors for her. Let her get HER OWN froz from your box. And when she asks for a favor jay say you are too busy.
Frozen gets three trucks a week. She has maybe one or two pellets and I have anywhere from 5 to 6 pellets....When our next trucks comes I'm pulling out all my stuff and hers to. I'm gonna put hers in the very back and bury my stuff in front of it. Then it will be funny as hell to watch her ass pull all my stuff out just to get to hers....I usually do her favors by putting her stuff on 6 wheeler, but no more. I'm done
I'm a very passive-aggressive, vindictive person, so I would personally just skip whatever aisle she is working on and "make up for it" on the next aisle by shooting every item down the aisle.
Not saying it's a smart idea, but I'd be smiling the whole time.

Sounds funny but don't do it. Not worth what it could escalate into.
They removed the shelves from one side of the frzn freezer and now I can park meat and bakery on the side and frozen pallets down the center.

Deli manager yes but that means she is over bakery. Yes shrink is bad enough and deep down inside I would not destroy her stuff or any thing else, but accidents do happen if anything happens to me by her making a mess of my stuff and I happen to have a pallet fall over on me because she is shifting my stuff and pissed that her stuff is in the very back.
