Was a current employee hard worker loved my work. My area mangers told me I was doing everything correctly and great when I ask what I should do to better improve my job parlance. My 60 days was almost up when Store manager ask me office in an hour I ask why and if I done anything he relied Oh no will talk later finished my work as always. Ive never been called in to the office never told my work performance was not saterfacity actually they said I done great for having no traning.Kroger provided no training still my work parlance never lacked. Went to managers office as ask of mesa down he said your 60 days are almost up i was excited and said yes. Then he said we need to let you go before then. I was in shock, what why, he said the other store manager said to let me go and gave no reason I sated my area manager and the other store manager said I was doing great i dont understand? The manager who called me his office said the other manger was unprofessional and as well as my area manager for giving me false hope. Well I ask if i needed to do anything different to better work performance they said no Im doing great and I was always got my work done. Left went home. Came back to ask the other store meager why He ask the other manger to let me go? He stated he had nothing to do with it? No i said that what he said.Nope he fired you i asked why he said not a clue blaming each other unprofessional and childish still neither gave me an answer other then he said to. Neither manger took responsibility for fire me neither one gave me a reason. This is not right. Can store managers treat employees in this manner? Do Kroger employees have right against these types of mangers? Should employees job suffer from dishonest management? 60 days or not any employee or person should be treated in this manner by any professional work place. I was terminated but no one took the blame for terminating me or gave me any reasons at all just he fired you no he fired you. I have children in hard worker this I felt was wrong and something should be done

It sucks, but you lost your job during your 60 days, just how it goes sometimes. Also, most management is dishonest, I don't mean that in a bad way, but it's just how it is. It's more of a play on words than outright dishonesty. So move on and hopefully you'll find a better job elsewhere that appreciates your work. Good luck.
