What he said was he works for Kroger and supervisors suck and people tattle on everyone and no body works as a team, they work against each other.
You know, a typical day in most Kroger stores.
lol, true.
What I do is always do my job better than expected with a smile on my face.
Personally, I like working alone. Most people slow down my rhythem.
As for working against each other:
One idiot likes to throw the chains under the new bale so that the next person to change the bale has to figure out how to get the chain out so they can hook it.
Another idiot, probably the same person, likes to rig the blue totes to fall when someone tries to pull them out of their spot and wrap them. It is not even my department or job to wrap them but I do it occasionally out of a random act of kindness.
Then, the meat deapartment likes to leave their trash sitting in the doorway for when I unload. I get along with the Department manager so I am going to ask him about it to see if he can remedy it atleast one day a week. I don't normally unload the other days.
Other than that, I love my job.
To the OP: Go in, do your job, take a deep breath everytime someone wrongs you and let your anger go when you exhale. It is not worth the stress or frustration.
I totally agree with your reply message,I could not understand what was being said. Its a shame that these young folks can not write with understanding.
