You might have to go to the office in Madison Heights for it. Call ahead. Maybe the regional rep can deliver one to you.
I have the black one(excludes meat department). Look around in the office or ask the old timers if they have one.
I just got mine. In the past, I just sent an e-mail to the administrator of the site asking for a booklet. My e-mail is on record, so they already had all my contact info on hand and sent me the booklet in the mail.
