I've called the Kroger that I worked for and they told me that I couldn't use w2express.com because I am no longer an employee there. They also said that I would have it by Jan 31 and here it is Feb 3 and I still don't have one. I'm really frustrated with these people and want to know if anyone else is experiencing a problem getting their w2 from Kroger.

I am having the exact same problem. I've been googling the whole time for other ways to obtain it with no luck. -_-

Call them again and let them know ou STILL have not received it. Keep bugging, and bugging, and bugging them until you get it.

theres a web site you go to call something like W2Express. Go to Google and type in "Kroger w2" and it will point you to the right place. Good Luck. oh wait I just reread your post.

I no longer work at Kroger as well.  Been gone since june. Went to W2Express and it worked fine.  Don't listen to things told by them.  Go there and check yourself.  If it works then great! If not then well.... they were right

Not necessarily the right number. I believe each division's number is different. I know mine's is.
