Are there any Kroger company policies that regulate off-duty behavior/actions? For example if 1 employee is on the clock and is approached by an off-duty employee, and disturbs the on-duty employee from performing and complying with company rules - are there any disciplinary actions that can take place? Any rules that prohibit such behavior?
yes. there can be disciplinary action just as we've seen when one of the posters was wrongly tackled by a security guard and fought back while off duty in another store.
