I work for Kroger in Atlanta, Ga and it's a shame that the front end doesn't answer the customer service phone. This store is supposed to be the #1 store in Atlanta smh, if so then I'm horrified to see what the worst store is. And yes I'm talking about store 461
i don't work that store but you know at my store there's two phones at different ends of the service desk and depts keep calling the phone at the other end, not near the register used by the person assigned to the desk.
frankly it pisses me off because i'll be trying to help customers and somebody will be calling the other number. if it's a dept it's something stupid. sometimes it's management to complain about something they want done. call the right @#$% number! i'll call the number nearest the person.
also remember their customer in front of them comes before the phone.
