What does this mean?

I get into work today and my co-workers and boss say I was "recognized" in our department and entered into a raffle for a $20 gift card? I work in Meat/Seafood if that matters.

Did you hand out one of those 'highly satisfied' cards to a customer? If they took the online survey and said nice things about you, you get a free lunch and a gift card :)

ADDDENDUM: I re-read your post and saw you were entered into a raffle... that's not what happens at my store. There's no raffle, we just receive the rewards.

No didn't hand anything out. Boss just said that he "recognized" me in a meeting. And said "all kinds of nice things" about me to management.
