She said since I was in my 45days training I really wasn't fired I think she was trying to sugar coat it. Myu trainer was horrible it was only for two days and only 3-4 hours. Everything so in organized and I believe I wasn't trained well enough in those two short days. Is there anyway I can be switch to bagger? Or is it to late?
Too late. The time to ask was before you were told you were no longer needed. You could try and call the manager that dismissed you and ask if they have an opening for a bagger but it is unlikely they will take you back.
Did you share a till with anyone else in that time?
Did you have any funny transactions? Some customers are scam artists and will try to confuse you into giving them incorrect change.
Apply at another retailer. They are all the same. Low hours, low pay, low rewards, and lots of work to be done. Just say they were not able to give you enough hours if they ask why you are not working for that company anymore.
Set your sights higher than being a bagger in life. Good luck wherever you land moving forward.
If you have the aptitude for getting an education, go for the gold and make that your priority in life at his time.
Retail is a rough job if you are trying to earn a living. If you were hired in years ago before 1987, you are set with a decent pension. Anyone hired after that is sol.
Don't let losing this job get you down. Shake it off and try again somewhere else.

This is not the OP, but what happened in 1987?
Newer contacts often have anybody hired after then screwed up the arse with worse pay, fewer vacations, far less benefits, etc.
People hired before '87 got time and a half on Sundays for one thing.
That's why my former dept. head (she's retired now) never worked on Sundays. The company didn't think it was worth having her work a Sunday when she'd get paid like $25-30 an hour.

The bad thing about that is for people under that contract the work week is Monday-Saturday with one day off. Sundays don't count as part of the week. So you're either off on Sunday plus another day or you work on Sunday and get paid overtime for working 6 days out of the week.

Bagging is gonna be crazy depending on what days are busy, especially thanksgiving and christmas, and senior citizen day
