I have a current job step at 10 next job step is 20 accrued credited quantity is 21 and quantity remaining is 5 what does this mean?
accrued quantity is the amount of weeks you've built up towards your next raise. quantity remaining is how many weeks you have until you actually receive your next raise. and the job step is basically how far you are up the ladder to topping out

Not sure. You'd have to find a copy of your wage scales (probably in your Union contact) and see where you are on the scale.
