I was just recently hired on as a Nutrition Associate and am currently waiting for my background check to process. I'm worried that the number of points on my driving record will eliminate my employment (I have 8 points, which has an OVI that was reduced to Reckless Operation). Has anybody had the same or similar problem or know the maximum number of points that are allowable? Any info would be helpful!

According to your posts you worked there before in 2011-2013....shouldn't they not have to redo the background check? I'm not sure how rehiring works.
