Does anybody know how often or at what dates new issues come out? I've become curious because I found out a few weeks ago that I was going to be in the next issue for my hard work (along with my sister, her boyfriend, and our front end manager) during both snow storms here in Georgia, and apparently even got a $10 gift certificate for it.
Anyways, I'm just a little anxious to see it so I'm wondering when the new issues come out, because even though my manager never specified the magazine I'm unsure what other magazine it would be.
The new issues of Kaptain Krunks' Awesome Folks is due out every 17th of the month.It contains birthdays,service anniversaries,retirements,deaths,people in the news and a nude centerfold of Miss Backdoor of the month!
I walked for three hours on the snow on my day off, worked for 8 hours, slept for six, worked another 9 and a half, and then during the second Georgia snow storm mid February a lot of people called out so I came in, worked 8 hours as the only available cashier, got up six hours later and worked another 8 hours, most of which I was still the only cashier. If I hadn't shown up on the first storm we would have closed at 7 instead of the normal 1, and on the second we would have only had self checkout past 3, and there were plenty of large orders on that day.
But most of the way through my shift the second day my manager came up in the middle of a transaction, had my sister, her boyfriend, and out front end manager get next to me, and took a picture then gave me the gift certificate. After I was free I asked what it was for and I was told he arranged for us to be in the magazine for our hard work.
