It seems from some of the managers i have seen come through my store some of them seem a bit clueless of what to do. One was only here for a month and in a few days she is gone to another store.
The very best managers are the ones who know policies and procedures as well as us. Coming in close 2nd are ones that don't, but are acutely aware of it, so they tend to back you up as long as they know you're doing your job.
