I have been working at krogers now Since January 20th and I am needing to transfer but do not know how. My family is moving out of state and I really want to stay working for krogers. What all do I need to do and Am I able to do so? and I have no chose but to move with them. Its eather I transfer or I will have to quit.
You have to talk to your manager in the place you're moving to and hope they have an opening. find out where you're moving to, make phone calls, talk to the manager at your current location and explain your situation after you've found a store interested in having you. Tell your current manager that store's number and phone number and who he/she needs to talk to to get the ball rolling on a transfer. Hope it goes through.... make sure to take your off time/personal days and request forever off with your schedule writer... make sure they know. Talk with HR too.
