How long do you have to work at Kroger before you're unionized? I've heard 30 days and 60 days. I need to know because I might get fired for something stupid.
you have to join the union and you'll know because they're taking dues every week from your paycheck and it'll show on the paystub. the paperwork my have been offered to you as a new hire or you may have to be contacted by a union rep or steward about joining.
you can be joined but unless you're outside your probation period they can't really help if you're fired.
