Hey, today I bought some kroger brand items and didn't get the 10% discount. This is the first time this has happened. Do you think they disabled my card because I'm getting fired or something? I havn't done anything wrong and i'm really starting to worry. Or, could it just be a computer glitch or something? Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Did you accidentally scan the wrong card? On my keyring if the Speedway gas station card is too close, it'll scan that one and it actually works, it just scans as a different Plus card number.
Were they items that were already discounted (Manager's Specials)? If so then it doesn't give you the additional 10% discount. Otherwise, I would have notified the checker that you didn't get your discount.
