My fience got sick at work because of a UTI and she was in pain. But in word of her mom who never work for krogers say she can get sick pay for the hours she miss. For time I been there I've never heard of anybody getting anything like that unless it happen because of work. Can my girl get paid for hours she miss or no?
if she's been there a year and has earned them, she can put in to be paid for a personal day for those missed hours. it's why some of us keep our personal days in reserve just in case we have to miss a shift or two. Management would have to sign off on this.
