why is it when you ask 3 different managers about transferring to another department they ignore you. Getting tired of being ignored. The pay isn't worth driving 50 miles a day to be ignored. I guess I'll be looking for another job.
It's not as simple as just transferring departments. Departments are only allotted a certain amount of hours per week based on a sales budget. If there is no open position in a department, there just isn't one.. sorry. That said, my suggestion is to speak to the department heads about your interest in moving, and if you're a good fit for them when a position opens you'll get snatched up quickly.
