This morning around 1:30am while I was working on the baking aisle, I heard a customer on the next aisle saying excuse me! EXCUSE ME!!! several times at least six times. So, I ran over to see what was up, the girl that was working that aisle was ignoring the customer. The girl had on earphones, but I was wearing mine also and I heard the lady. I could tell the lady was pissed and I apologized to her and helped her out. I should have told the lady to fill out the customer survey on her receipt and let management know what happened but I didn't. Plus, if our store manager catches us wearing them she says that she is going to confiscate them.
Most night crew people aren't exactly the type of folks known for healthy social interaction, let alone the type of people you want talking to customers about fiber content, or where the lima beans might be had.
