Thinking about transferring to salad bar. Anybody know what its like? Looking for something slower paced but still team oriented.

Why not just work in the deli? Hard working people are few and far there so you should fit right in.
Deli and bakery are both very demanding since you have to produce product and wait on customers. Salad bar is much easier. The key is finding which department fits you best based on your availability and your personal preference.
