Does anyone else have as cranky a system as my store does?
First, the computer that does it is not in the front part of customer service, but the cash room, so to do it, I have to be away from the customers. Then it's look up the days by the card number then wait on that to finish running. Print out those results then go to the manager log or something and look up the transaction by register number, cashier number, and transaction number. half the time i can't even get it to work! and once my manager said forget it because i had a long line

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the most boring Kroger rant ever.
Look it up in CAM. I think the tab is called program information and it's technically for the fuel program, but it's more useful for this. Just look them up and it shows, for this month and last month, every transaction for that card and any cards linked to it, as well as the date, time, store, and register #.
Gives you everything you need to go search in the ace computer.
