It was a complete shock to everyone in the store as he was one of the few people seen as a truly good human being here, I won't provide too many details, but it was major. What the heck can we expect now? All the advice/instructions/etc he gave us, all the hiring decision he made, everything will probably be run through with a fine-toothed comb, and we're all terrified.

They'll investigate everything they can that is directly related to what he did and anybody who was involved, but beyond that they'll pretty much leave everybody else alone.
