New to Kroger and need help understanding my eschedule. (I'm a grocery clerk) If Sunday shows as blank and Monday says I work from 12:00a - 5:00a. Does that mean I come in Monday and clock in at 12:00a, or does that mean I come in Sunday at 12:00a which would technically be Monday 12:00a - 5:00a?bfu2p.png

The eschedule is easier to read than what we used to use for night crew.

According to the pic you posted, you are off Saturday night and work Sunday night at midnight.

7-6-14(Sunday) is from 12:00am to 11:59 pm.  You are not scheduled to work on Sunday.

You are scheduled to work Monday morning 7-7-14 at 12:01am until 5:00am.  You arrive Sunday night in order to clock in.

Hope that helps.

Yea, what that means is that if you get there sunday at 11:55pm. Wait 5 minutes, then clock in. You're there Monday at 12am.

Well... let's look at it this way:

The calendar shows 12:00a on Monday (07/07).

Sunday at 12:00a is before Monday at 12:00a.

From elementary, you should know that a day starts at midnight (12:00a) and ends twenty-four hours later.

If so, then that means it's a whole twenty-four hours between Sunday 12:00a and Monday 12:00a. Actually, it's 23:59:59, since 0:00:00 is a new day, according to the ISO.

If eschedule shows a time for you to show up on Monday, that means your shift will be on a Monday.

Therefore, you clock in and start work on Monday, at 12:00a.
