How do you stop getting kroger health insurance and how do you get out of kroger union?

It's an incredibly difficult process designed to make you give up.


To get out of the union, you have to send the union a letter exactly one week from your anniversary. Often times though, they'll say they never received anything and you'll be forced to try again next year. You can prevent that by sending it as certified mail, with a requirement for a signature upon delivery.


There may be different specifics depending on what procedures your union has, but as far as I know this is basically it.


As for the health insurance, I don't have a clue. Never bothered with their pathetic coverage anyway.
