I work at Columbus / Kroger bakery and I swear the management in place is doing their damnest to shut the place down. It all starts at CEO & COB positions. They are trying to run this bakery like the ******* in D. C. is running this country. There are people in charge that don't have a clue as to what needs to be done. It's supposed to be okay as long as the work force is diverse. LMFAO If the stock price was based on the performance of this bakery... KROGER WOULD BE FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY !!! I wish someone with some power would grow a pair of balls and correct what is wrong here. We have a plant manager that speaks broken English but that's alright because since he is black it makes the bakery diverse and that's what counts right along with GAY marriage, lies about FAST & FURIOUS... BENGAZHI... NOBAMACARE... IRS SCANDAL... V.A. HEALTH SCANDAL and etc.
If this country was started by the same kind of people the OP described, we wouldn't even be here to debate anything. Love it or hate it, The United States of America became the strongest power in the world because of English speaking, intelligent and fluent white people.
But media talking points is a luxury for people who can afford to waste the mental energy and time on them. A dubious luxury at that. I've got a million problems, but gay marriage and benghazi are not among them. Like, at all. It impacts my life in precisely zero ways. Who cares.

Oh, do I? My mentality is that I need to work. I'm trying to get more hours. Trying to work a second job. Also trying to find a new room to rent. And that I literally do not care about politics.
Pretty sure this isn't the mentality you're looking for.
