Boycot the best you can the Elko Smiths the store director is the worst yet and I am a customer. He smokes every second or on cell or he is yelling at the workers. No wonder they can't smile or say hi they are to scared to move. I hear he threatened many of them with sick family parents even that maybe when they die you will preform better he is very mean very threatened to all of the employees but vf he is sleeping around on his wife with one of my friends I was in shock but that is how she got her high up desk job and she needed it I cant and wont allow myself to shop there ever again with him there. I would go to jail. He also treats the disabled workers so bad infact tripped one to fall he is mean seriously has issues. Not only does he need to be fired he need jail time. I heard recently he is with holding pay from one or 2 of the mgrs wow he is really done him self in now. I know a friend of mine she wont go in because he told her she should die it would make her life better for her kids and she shopped there forever. Oh well his nice best friend I hear is doing an investigation on the 6th he will pass cause he is that dumb or they are to have his buddy do the investigation what crazy place do not allow your children to work there they will need medication when they do or done that's for sure sad but promise cross my heart the truth. They need more customers to stop going in also their meat is so old they change the dates so people get sick and dont know why sad :((((((( well glad there was a place to say my peace of mind

I started trying to make sense of this post, but as y'all can tell, I gave up after about a third of the way.
1. The store director is the worst and you are a customer? Oh, well, I'm glad you can look at a mirror, valued one!
2. (, or his cell[phone], or yelling). Unless, his cells also smoke... which... hot damn, he can make a ****load of money with that.
3. We apologize that our workers can't move.... umm... what can't they moved exactly again? In order for us to assist you, we'll need to know what the item was that needed to be moved. Was it patio furniture? A couch?
4. "He" threatened "them" with "sick, family parents"? Sweet Mother of God! They ****ing weaponized Ebola, didn't they?!?!? Those bastards! I'll make sure that INTERPOL issues an international arrest warrant for the store manager and be charged for war crimes.
5. Instead of reading that lengthy, cringe-worthy abomination that you considered a "sentence", I just imagined a machine gun shooting off for about 10 seconds.

6. We don't need you to insert your private life into the matters regarding your habits as a consumer. You're going to jail? Take it up with the municipal, district, or county court. Send me a postcard from your cell though.

In all seriousness, this is why I can't take customers seriously. There's a reason why we have those surveys on the receipt! I'm sure that many of us here know how a store can get hurt by anything less than "Highly Satisfied".
Hell, even fast food restaurants get hurt that way, too. So yeah, I, and a handful of people, don't really give a darn about tiny complaints about this. You really wanna hurt that manager? Convince your friends who shop there to give it a terrible survey result. The manager will be out of there within a month.

I reread pookybear's post like 5 times and all I got out of it was that there is a bad manager at a place called Elko Smith and pooky is going to jail (wat?).
Now hopefully if this guy is as bad as what this person claims (yes, somehow i read this post) then hopefully the employees of that store can get rid of him. Are they union?
I don't know if this post is true or bs, but if ANY store manager shoved me or said crap about my family, their face would get aquainted with my fist. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
