What's the big deal with write ups?

Everyone seems to talk about getting written up as if it's doomsday, but what's the big deal?  Is there a set number you can get before you get suspended or something?  Or is it just some way to get you to fear them?

^ also, depending on contract, may need to be three of the same offense. Some contracts don't have this rule.

And often times, management will see it as a way to get rid of you and will try to write you up as often as they can.

I don't fear the arseholes I work for -- one of them is gone.
The other arsehole is a b-i-t-c-h and I avoid her when possible, but I certainly don't fear her.

There is a difference between fear and avoidance.
I AVOID her when possible to limit my interaction with her because she is so goddamned stubborn she will ALWAYS find something wrong with what you do or disagree with you in what you did or say.
I don't FEAR her -- she's a fat piece of crap who claims to have been with Kroger for more than two decades. Whoop-dee-doo, I still won't respect someone who flat out told me "You can leave today and we will be okay with that."

NOBODY is forcing you to read my posts.
Oh wait maybe Kroger is because they like to force people to do a lot of things.
But even then you could just close your eyes and pretend.

I don't know what your problem is but perhaps you should go to the pharmacy area.
I'm sure they sell something that will help you get your head out of your ass.

I'm pretty sure you don't work with me, or else you'd know the environment I work with. Every damn day it's a different thing.
I get so many mixed signals it's like listening to AM & FM at the same time. I get so many raw deals I'm surprised I don't have food poisoning.

But, to wit, back to you. I could give a crap about what you think, really.
And if you are going to give a party to the whole store you would probably use the flavorless Dasani-flavored waters, Kroger-brand hot dog buns and the obligatory tap water.

Go crawl under a cart, you jackass.

flavorless and flavored and tap water? why would you need both if you had either? How can flavorless be flavored?

My... ouch.... brain.

Try one of those Dasani "flavored" waters.
You'll see what I mean.
The lime tastes like baking soda and Sprite.
The lemon ... well let's just say that there's no lemon in it.
