I was so happy that I was hired. Was ready for my orientation was 30 mins early to a Kroger yet imputed the wrong address and was late to the other store and they denied me my oreintation yet said they will email me with a new I am afraid in being late now I might lose my job :(
I had an eerily same situation happen once: Sales/management job, their dispatch gives me the wrong conference center to meet at. I, too, had arrived early.
So, I discover the right hotel, go there, first thing my contact says is :"Well, you're late. This isn't starting off good." To which I fired back, "no, I'm early. Your people need to get their contact details straight. I don't have the time to be dickin around here........and you're right. This $hit ain't starting off good."
Naw, I didn't get the job. Nor should have taken it.

Mistakes happen was it worth not getting the job over just to blowup instead of simply pointing out their mistake, showing it wasn't your fault?
