In the past I've heard of store manager's kids being degenerates. I recently heard a demoted store manager has a son with long criminal record so I looked him up on mugshots.com and there he was. Another time a came into work and was asked did you here about Mr. ____'s daughter leaving her baby at home to go out drinking, which I did on the news. My point is if a store manager can't teach his kids to be good members of society how can he teach and his associates how to do their jobs.
Really it seems to be hit or miss when it comes to store managers. Some of them are really great people while others are jus power hungry monsters. I guess I got lucky with mine.

I've had amazing ones and awful ones and everything in between. One thing you'll notice though is that the best ones put customers first within reason.
Imma let you In on a secret. It's hard for managers to raise children when they are forced to work 50-60 hours per week. Parenting and managing adults (I use the term loosely here as most are high-school students) are two totally different things
